Landstuhl Fisher House — feeling proud – 💕April is the Month of the Military Child💕

We would like to take a moment and recognize all the amazing children from our community who have contributed to our mission. These amazing children have organized donation drives, sold cookies, participated in fundraisers and asked for donations in lieu of birthday gifts…just to name a few acts of charity.

We are always so touched and encouraged when children understand the importance of being part of something bigger than themselves. From all of us and the families you’ve helped THANK YOU! We personally think the future looks very promising.

Big Mahalo to the Divine Community Outreach Ministry who provides delicious breakfast every 2nd Saturday of every month for the past 7 years! Our residents appreciate the home cook meal at Tripler Fisher House, thank you again! 💞🌺 – Tripler Fisher House

🐤💐 Thank you Daisy Troop 700 for delivering candy stuffed Easter Eggs this week! These very generous little girls donated two baskets of goodies for our residents to share! 🐤💐 – Landstuhl, Germany

Community Cares Director, COL (Retired) John Vigna, stopped by the Fisher House on April 12, 2017 and presented Easter Baskets to the Cleveland Family (FH Family). See attached pictures left to right Mr. John Vigna, Corinna Cleveland, Hunter Cleveland (11-year old) and SSG Herbert Cleveland.

This year it was a team effort…we teamed up with the WTB and SFAC, along with support from Hormel, and hosted approximately 50 people for lunch, caricatures, and pictures with Peter Cottontail. Oh, and set 23 kids loose on the lawn for an egg hunt – Fort Campbell, KY

Cartoonist, Bruce Higdon, receiving a Certificate of Appreciation & unit coin from the WTB XO. Bruce is not only a professional cartoonist, but a retired Army officer who often travels with the USO doing caricatures for troops around the globe. We are truly blessed to call him one of our angels! – Fort Campbell Fisher House

Y’all…The BAMC Auxiliary #fisherhousegolf17 charity tournament would not have happened without the  dedication and sacrifice of Liz Wilson Huang.  You are definitely volunteer of the year.  We were so happy to recognize you and all your efforts at BAMC the other day! ⛳️❤️

First Command Financial Services proudly presents a donation of $6,000 to the Fort Campbell Fisher House!  Thanks everyone for your participation and support to our Military Families!

We wanted to send a special THANK YOU to all our volunteers and customers who supported our 5th Annual Fish Fry this weekend! All food and raffle prizes were donated by generous people which allows us to donate back 100% of the proceeds to the Fisher House at Ft. Sam Houston. The total raised was $4570.56!
